What we collect

• Account data: your email, a hashed password, your organisation’s name and role.
• Device data: the name you give a paired browser and when it was last seen.
• Audit log: which tool ran, on which site (hostname), when and with what outcome. Never page content, typed text or file contents.

Browser content

When Claude uses a tool, the page text, screenshot or other result passes through our relay so it can reach your Claude app. We do not store it and we do not use it for any other purpose. Your Claude app then handles that content under its own terms.

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sign-in tokens, codes and sessions are stored only as one-way hashes. Connections use TLS. See the security section.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers to run the service, under agreements that restrict them to providing it.

Your choices

Organisation owners can remove people and devices at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing support@vantaverse.ai.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when the policy changes.
